PROPERTY AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

A credit card deposit equal to 50% of the total balance due is required at the time the reservation is made. Full refunds, minus a LKR 5000 handling fee, will be issued for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to reservation date.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.

Group bookings: Deposits for reservations of three rooms or more are non-refundable, and the balance on reservations made for three or more rooms will be charged one month prior to arrival and will be non-refundable.

Because we are a small inn and cancellations affect us greatly, we cannot issue refunds due to weather conditions or other extenuating circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
